Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to receive your package(s); however, this estimate is based solely on our carriers and should not be considered as a guaranteed delivery schedule. Botanic Glow will not be liable for delayed shipments or for any damages incurred by reason of delivery delays.

The carrier that we currently use is:

• United States Postal Service (USPS)

At this time, Botanic Glow only ships within the United States.

Please Note: Botanic Glow will charge a reshipment fee for non-delivered packages that are due to the result of a customer's ordering error. If applicable, this reshipment fee will be added to the cost of your order. The reshipment fee will be charged in any of the following cases:

• If a package is returned to Botanic Glow because the customer failed to pick up the package after being notified by the carrier.
• If the address given was incorrect (i.e. a necessary apartment, floor, or suite number is left out of your shipping address), or if a necessary directional road name is left out (i.e.: N,S,E,W, Dr, Ln, Rd, Cir, Ct, etc.)
