• It's easy to join! Simply create a Botanic Glow account, and you will automatically start saving on your purchases.
• Earn 1 point for every approved product review that you write.
• Earn 1 point for every order placed totaling $25 or more, (excluding tax and shipping).
• Points can be redeemed for savings on future purchases.
• Our system will keep track of your purchase history and total points accrued.
• The rewards club program is available to registered BotanicGlow.com customers only.

Rewards Club FAQ:

1. How much are reward points worth?
   1 reward point = $2.50. Reward points are redeemable towards the purchase of Botanic Glow goods and services and are not redeemable for cash.
    
2. How do I redeem my reward points?
   Simply start shopping as a registered customer, and check out as usual. Once on the payment page, you may choose to use your reward points as part of your payment option. Your available reward points will appear along with a check box. Simply select the check box to redeem your reward points for your purchase. Your reward points will be rounded UP to the nearest dollar.
    
3. How do I check my reward point balance?
   After logging into your BotanicGlow.com account, click "My Account", then click on the "Reward Points" tab to review your reward point balance.
    
4. What happens to my reward points if I return an item?
   Your reward point balance will be updated to reflect the reward point portion of your returned items.
    
5. Do my reward points expire?
   No. Your reward points will never expire.
    
6. Can I give my reward points to a friend?
   No. Reward points are associated with your account and are for your use only; however, you may use your reward points to purchase a Botanic Glow gift card for your friend.
    
7. Can I combine my rewards accounts?
   Reward points may not be transferred or combined with different email address accounts; however, if an email address associated with a specific account is changed, the reward points will then be associated with the updated email account.
    
8. During checkout, if I forget to check the "Redeem Reward Points" box before I checkout, can I email Botanic Glow customer support to request that the discount be applied to my order?
   Unfortunately, no; however, keep in mind that your points never expire, so any unused reward points balance will be kept in your account for future orders.
