Return & Exchange Policy

We believe in protecting the safety of our products by avoiding cross-contamination; therefore, we only accept returns or exchanges for full-sized, unopened items with the plastic wrapper seal intact within 30 days of your receipt.

A Return Authorization Number (RMA) is required before returning your items. To obtain your RMA number, we offer 3 options:

  1. Click My Orders, to indicate the items that you want to return.
  2. Notify us using our Contact Form
  3. Call us at 314-774-0319


If your request is via our contact form, please include the following:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Items being returned
  • The reason for the return

 

Once we have confirmed that your item(s) are returnable, we will then issue you an RMA number for your return or exchange. Please be sure that the RMA number is visibly written on the outside of your return package. Any products returned without an RMA or received after 30 days of your receipt will be refused and returned to you. To ensure that your package is received by us, we recommend mailing it via a traceable carrier so that you can track its progress. Shipping charges must be pre-paid; otherwise, the package will be refused.

All returned merchandise will be thoroughly inspected to ensure that it is unused and that the plastic seals are still attached. If the item(s) is/are approved for a refund, we will credit your credit/debit card for the cost of the merchandise only. Shipping costs will not be refunded on returns or exchanges for any reason. Please allow 7–10 business days from receipt in order to process your return and up to 30 days before the credit appears on your credit/debit card.

If the returned items prove to have been used and/or seals have been removed, we will dispose of the products and no refund will be issued. All merchandise returned for an exchange will be charged a shipping fee.
